Davie Morgan is a marriage counsellor on the verge of a nervous breakdown. His wife is about to leave him and his compulsive gambling is getting out of control. And when a marriage counsellor's marriage is in trouble it's got to affect his work….
Davie Morgan is 36 and going through a mid life crisis. The job he once loved is now stale, and as his own marriage flounders he transfers his personal problems to his professional life. Unhappy with himself, but unable to escape like many a weak man before him his vices take over.
The film is sent in present day Glasgow and shows Davie’s life (gambling, marriage counselling and going to strip clubs) spiral out of control.
