"Ceiling Man" reveals the relationship between a film maker and his subject over a six month period, charting the physical decline of a heroin addict who when infected by a shared needle poisons his bloodstream. The film maker is warmly invited into the life of Sandy the Street Piper / Street Artist, as he discusses his past, his present, his mental health and his philosophies on life.
