Zoom in on article (stuck over original one) headlined 'This Month's Financial Bonanza' which says 'this month a sum of £500 has been paid out to tenants in the Edinburgh area. The scheme, introduced by the Lord Provost, is to modernise homes in certain areas, and to help retain the dignity of the old style city'. M/v man at table reading newspaper, he then counts a small pile of money. Wife beside him. Letter comes under door, couple open it and c/u letter which informs them of imminent corporation of Edinburgh inspection on 13th December of their premises by the Lord Provost. C/u calender crossed off until 13th December. C/u clock 8.10 am. Couple search through phone book and make several attempts to dial on telephone. Man in boilersuit enters and fixes sink? Couple smartly dressed in front of new work units and sink. The End.
