Description: A short film showing archaeology students on a dig in 1970 at Bonnyside, Stirlingshire which was part of the Antonine Wall.

Shotlist: Title credit(0.09) shot of the excavation team[students?] getting out of a yellow Bedford van and approaching the site supervisor digging with a spade on the site(0.44) shots of the excavation with students digging with trowels and surveying the site with a theodolite(1.51) shots of the students arranging themselves on the top of the dug mound with the site supervisor pointing out the different layers of the mound with the differences of earth and sand moving onto c/u's of the layers, the supervisor then points out the stone base followed by a general discussion with the rest of the team(4.17) students having a break some of them continue the survey(5.48) Bedford van leaves with student running after it(6.01) students arrive back at Glasgow University and head towards the Hunterian Museum(6.28) shot of the Bedford van leaving the University(6.45) end credit(6.49).
