Fred Collins set up business of Variety Agency, and also owned at one time 5-6 venues (cinema and variety) including the Theatre Royal, Edinburgh, Tivoli, Aberdeen, Shakespeare, Liverpool. His son, Horace H. Collins, shot film of pantomimes on their circuit using a 16mm cine Kodak. See publication "Journey Through Stageland - The Collins Family of Glasgow" by Josette Collins Marchant.
