Description:
In Germany at the end of World War Two, teenager Lore and her four younger siblings are left to fend for themselves when their Nazi parents are taken into Allied custody. The children set out on a gruelling journey across Germany to join their grandmother in Hamburg. Indoctrinated in the extreme beliefs of her parents, Lore only grows stronger in her convictions when circumstances force her and her siblings to travel with Thomas, a young Jewish survivor.
