Opens with an extended sequence at Glasgow's fruit and vegetable market where nuns collect vegetables for the soup kitchen, members of the local Catholic community speak about how they try to help Sister MacKay, packing clothes and blankets to send to Calcutta, and the general work of the community to help those less fortunate.
