Description: A film club short drama, in which a boy on a visit to the dentist's has a dream while under anaesthetic that the dentist breaks into his house.

Title preserved as part of an AHRC funded video preservation project in partnership with Glasgow University, entitled 'Children and Amateur Media in Scotland'.

Shotlist: credits and title - young boy Jamie and his father walk along corridor and enter dentist's surgery, as dentist prepares equipment - Jamie sits in dentist's chair - father hurts his eye on equipment and dentist tells him to go and sit at the side - dentist checks Jamie's teeth and then gives him anaesthetic (1.29) Jamie drifts off to sleep and dreams about a burglar breaking into his house through the window - his father discovers the burglar and the scuffle in the hallway - Jamie runs downstairs to help his father and the burglar escapes out of the front door (2.49) Jamie wakes up in the dentist's surgery - he notices that the jacket worn by the burglar in his dream is hanging on the wall and that his father has a black eye - the dentist changes out of his white coat and puts on the jacket - THE END (3.46)
