Description: Victor Reeves looks back on several generations of his family that have consistently worked as travelling showpeople. He is semi-retired, but like his ancestors, he expects to stay in show business until he passes away. Since his wife died ten years ago, Victor's daughter Kendal has been preparing to take over the family business from her father. Meanwhile, Victor's sons are giving up the travelling lifestyle to follow their dream of building and repairing thrill-rides. As each year passes, Victor questions if he can really sit back and retire and leave his life's work to his family.
