Note from Mr Saberton: This film was made for the Strathclyde Film Event on the theme of "Do It Yourself". It features a hen pecked husband who knocks himself out with a monkey wrench and dreams that he can command the garden tools to do all the work for him. The idea was developed at a group session on a club night when they even worked out how they were going to achieve the various effects. It was filmed at the home of club member Jack Anderson at 62 Kethers, Motherwell. To film the car driving into the garage, Jack fully reclined the seat and then drove the car lying flat on his back using a string hanging from the roof of the garage to tell him when to stop.

Paper archive records relating to the Dalziel Camcorder Club are held at the National Library of Scotland Moving Image Archive.
