Information provided by visitor to website, March 2008: "Despite the title, the train shown in this clip is not an electric train. It is a diesel multiple unit, as confirmed by the number SC51985 clearly visible on its side as it departs. It is also obvious that this train has simple hinged slam doors, whereas Glasgow suburban electrics had powered sliding doors from the start."
