General views of crowd of people in harbour area (4.21) As the drifter cuts the ribbon and entered the new basin, the Princess named it "Princess Royal Basin" the boat "Wheat Stalk" (reg. BF205), manned by royal party and dignitaries dressed in suits and top hats, sets forth from harbour moorings and breaks through the ribbon draped across the harbour entrance.
