The USA buys up a portion of land in the Scottish Highlands which includes Loch Ness. During a thunderstorm "Nessie" leaves the loch and is sighted on shore. The US argues in the United Nations that the monster belongs to them. Nessie is taken by truck to Edinburgh but the truck crashes on the Forth Bridge and the monster escapes into the Firth of Forth. She then terrorises Edinburgh, finally being buried in the rubble of a building she has knocked down. USA and UK restore relations. US helicopter then spots another "Nessie"........... (18.30)
