Description: A visit to the Soviet Union by a group of British delegates (possibly trade unionists), including a display of a national dance and the laying of flowers on a memorial.

Shotlist: No credits. Group arrives by bus, met by hosts [women wearing traditional dress]. Open air site. Display of national dance by women in traditional dress (3.43) Tombstone/memorial inscribed "Ionas Biliunas 1879-1907" gvs gardens of house, dancers lay flowers on memorial (4.18) inside and shots of visitors at a meal.
