Description: Part of the Riding of the Marches through the streets of Musselburgh, attended by civic officials in their carriage, and a military brass band, possibly the Royal Scots Greys, whose drummer wears an unusual albino bearskin cap. The floats procession represents and advertises local industries, including paper, cotton and wire making in Musselburgh's mills, and also fishing, mining and market gardening.

See also ref 1403 for what looks to be a 'third' reel of ref 1402, but as we cannot be 100% sure have kept on separate records for the time being. Both titles have been allocated the same title.
