Description: Footage of the manufacture of cartwheel rims and horseshoes.

Shotlist: [No title] Two men work to forge a metal tyre for a cartwheel as a boy looks on. Exts. older man stacks tyres, builds wood fire inside and outside, younger brings out wheel frames. Pair lift tyre out of fire using metal cables, fit tyre using mallets and cold water, rolled into pond. Repeat process for wheel of similar size and small wheel. Making a horseshoe; adds to a stack, repeats for another shoe. Shoe is reheated, toe clip added. Kodak leader. Felling a tree, using wedges. Removing branches. Sharpening axe; two men saw section through trunk.
