A social worker talks to his mother while a medical psychologist tests him (1.58) a Probation Officer collects the second boy from his home. They drive away in a car. Street scenes and gvs of the journey (5.50) They arrive at an approved school and the boy is shown around (7.05) shots in various classrooms and workshops.
