A holiday in New York with shots of Wall Street, Fifth Avenue, Rockerfeller Centre, George Washington Statue, the World's Fair, and Broadway at midnight.
Entered into the Scottish Amateur Film Festival of 1940. Adjudicator's comments: "Inadequate as non-fiction. Good opening showing entrance to New York harbour. New York shots, apart from skyscraper, mean nothing. Striking long distance shots of Niagra Falls. Some clear shots of the Fair but general effect muddled and no clear impression left. Opening sequence impressive and individual shots notable."
