Description: Amateur footage of urban and rural Mexico and Cuba, filmed while attending an international architects' conference; includes footage of speeches by Fidel Castro.

Note: "Back in 1963, we were both students of Architecture at Edinburgh College of Art, and the only two Scottish delegates at the International Union of Architects (IUA/UIA) congress held partly in Havana, Cuba, and partly in Mexico during September of that year."

The International Union of Architects Congress in 1963 was split between Havana, Cuba and Mexico City. The UIA Congress was split over two locations to enable American members to attend the latter half in Mexico City.
