Description: Inspired by the Wislaw Szymborska poem, ‘On Death, Without Exaggeration’, dawn breaks the spell for Billy and Andy when they stumble across a dying man as they walk through the park on their way home from an all night party. While Andy goes for help, Billy is left alone to comfort the man who claims to recognise him. As his life slips away, events force Billy to confront the past in a powerful mediation on death, fate and the nature of chance.

Screened at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, 2006.
